After several years in architecture and interior design marketing, Daria went on to spend more than 15 years building iconic beauty and fashion brands at L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Facebook, CVS, and most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer at JustFab.

As a marketing executive, Daria has worked on partnerships with celebrity trailblazers including Tracee Ellis Ross, Kelly Rowland, Ayesha Curry, Ashley Madekwe and Aoki Lee Simmons. And as a Board Director of Moon Juice, Proudly and A-Frame Brands, she sits alongside fellow board members Amanda Bacon, Gabrielle Union, Dwayne Wade and Hill Harper.

Daria was named a 2020 AdAge Woman to Watch and 2021 She Runs It Game Changer, and her creativity and impact have been recognized by Women’s Wear Daily, AdWeek, Forbes, Vogue, Teen Vogue, the CFDA, Town & Country, the Cut, and NYLON Magazine and more.

A member of the Fast Company Executive Board and a regular columnist for the publication, Daria has also written for The Huffington Post, Black Enterprise, and has appeared on The Melissa Harris-Perry Show on MSNBC, for which she’s also written. Daria holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business where she has been honored as a Distinguished Alumnus and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.

Born in Detroit, Daria currently lives in New York and Los Angeles.
